What Products are not eligible to be sold on www.clickzed.com?

Prohibited Product Categories include but are not limited to:

  • Live animals, or trade of any wildlife or wildlife artefacts.
  • Firearms and restricted weapons.
  • Medical drugs, banned drugs, substances and drug paraphernalia.
  • Hazardous chemicals, substances and restricted or regulated materials.
  • Used clothing, cosmetics, undergarments, lingerie.
  • Adult Products
  • Feminine Hygiene
  • Smoking Accessories

What's the eligibility criteria to trade on www.clickzed.com?

To be eligible to sell on www.clickzed.com you must also:

  • Agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  • Sell products and maintain listing details that are fully compliant with Zambian Consumer and Product Safety Laws
  • Have possession of stock and/or ownership of goods, we do not allow for sellers to utilize third-party drop shippers for product sales and fulfilment to minimize the risk to customers
  • Deliver products Zambia-wide with a maximum delivery time frame of 15 days
  • Delivery should not require a freight quote before shipment (some exceptions made for bulky items)
  • Have the ability to respond to customer service enquiries within 48 hours and resolve warranty claims or fulfilment issues within 10 business days
  • Sell in Zambian Kwacha (ZMK)

What is the product listing policy at www.clickzed.com?

Sellers listing products on the Www.clickzed.com Marketplace are required to adhere to the following rules when uploading and managing their listings:

Sellers Must:

  • Only list items which they have in stock. Pre Order products are only supported in some cases. Sellers can request a review from Www.clickzed.com to assess the feasibility of listing pre-order or pre-sale products. Please submit any requests to list Pre-Order products.
  • Provide accurate delivery time frames and are responsible for keeping delivery time frames up to date at all times.
  • Only list items that can be shipped to the customer within 30 days of the customer’s purchase
  • Use their own images and listing content. Www.clickzed.com does not accept the use of unauthorized content or any content which may infringe copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property rights.
  • Ensure they have the proper permissions from the rights owner or creator before listing any products on Www.clickzed.com.
  • Use clean or unwatermarked images that are free from any promotional text, framing or branding. This includes the use of business or retail logos.
  • Provide clear and specific information on the condition of products. This includes any refurbished or ex-demo/display models.
  • Only list products that can be delivered to the customer. Www.clickzed.com is unable to support products where the customer may be required to pick up their product
  • Provide accurate details on package contents to describe what is and what is not included as part of a customer’s purchase.

Sellers Must Not:

  • List items that are subject to a product recall notices issued by Zambian authorities or other jurisdictions.
  • List products to be considered unsafe or that are banned by Zambian authorities and regulators.
  • List products that potentially capitalize on or lack reasonable sensitivity towards natural disaster, conflict, death, public health emergency or another tragic event
  • List products where pricing including RRPs and shipping rates may be deemed deceptive, misrepresentative or price-gouging
  • List products with placeholder images
  • Create duplicate listings
