How do I reverse a payment or get a refund?

Refunds will only be processed if a payment was made wrongfully, i.e you were charged more than once for the same feature.

What happens if my ad gets rejected?

If your ad gets rejected within 24 hours after you have posted your ad, you will automatically receive the feature option back. This means that you will be able to feature another ad in the same sub-category again.

Possible reasons why your refund may not be available?

We don't offer refunds in these cases:

  • You have not followed our Posting Rules
  • You have posted an item that is Prohibited on Clickzed
  • Your account has been blocked for fraudulent activity or multiple accounts

Refunds typically take up to 1 week for us to process, but can take up to 2 weeks.

I have paid more than once for the same feature. How can I get my money back?

Please contact the clickzed.com customer support. Please provide proof that the payment was done more than once for the same feature and keep the transaction ID ready.
